Haven't had a lot of this style, but every one I have had was a winner. Tank 7, Saison du Buff, Field Mouse's Farewell, Pilot 2 and Collaboration III (Maine Beer Co.) Hmmmm...thought there were a couple more at least. This style fascinates me because of the unpredictability - you kind of almost know what to expect, but not exactly. For the moment that is based more on reading than experience, but I'll get caught up eventually

    Love saisons:
    Saison Rue
    Saison de Lente
Sophie Paradisi if you can find it

But I'm a major sucker for the burgundy bottles of Sophie you can find for $7.99
Sediment being juggled by a stream of bubbles that rival champagnes, it's an absolute steal for a large bottle of a world class beer.

    Thanks Obama/InBev!

The saisons I drink most often are probably Notch Saison (I'm always stoked to find a lower-abv version of the style), Jack D'or by Pretty Things, Sofie and Matilda by Goose Island, Boulevard Tank 7, and (a bit less often) Brooklyn Sorachi Ace. My favorite overall is probably Boulevard's Saison-Brett when it's available and I'm willing to spring for it. And like someone upthread, I too find the much-maligned Victory Swing enjoyable.

Next time I'm visiting friends and fam back in Santa Cruz, I hope to stop by Sante Adairius to try some of their potions.

This guy's got it. TH kills it with a wide variety of takes on the style.

Of course there's also HF, Crooked Stave, upright, Logsdon, someone mentioned Prairie, etc, etc. this style is booming right now and these guys are all completely excelling.
