Any good bottle shops or breweries in the area to pick up VT only stuff. I know most stuff of interest does not make it this far down. Anything at all that far south?
Couple, Manchester Beverage Depot is excellent. Hapgoods Store in Peru has excellent pizza and a good beer selection. Nothing like up north though.
Meulemen's in Bondville has a pretty good selection, I've heard. Look for Backacre Golden Sour - blended & bottled close by.
Agree with the above posts, but you can keep your eye out for Fiddlehead Brewing. You could stop in at Northshire Brewery in Bennington, they've got a new tasting room. I've been meaning to stop in there one of these days...
If you are near Sunderland you can easily reach Bennington which has two pretty decent beer stores, one fills growlers.
