You all can use my cellar anytime...as long as I can stay with you from November to April

I've looked at the cave. Quite a few of my friends use it for really large storage spaces (think 2,000+ bottles of wine) cause it's so inexpensive. The hours are just tough to get to and wine grotto is about 5 minutes from my house and across the street from my dog's daycare. But for $170/year your locker must be smaller (I think 12 case locker). My friend with a similar locker size as mine at the cave pays about $600 for a 60 case locker

Yeah, the reason I monitor this regional thread is because I'm such a CA beer fan. Alesmith/Modern Times/Firestone Walker....my favs!!

The prices for wine/beer storage at Vail Ranch ranges from a 9 case locker for $27 a month to a 60 case space for $95 a month. Both of which I think are very reasonable. They also give you the 6th month free when you pay for 5 months. Thank you all for the input.

I notice that everyone who stores their beer in their closet/garage/trunk of their car has remained silent. :grinning:

I have 4 bottles chilling out with my homebrew stuff in my apartment. It doesn't get warm there, and I don't buy enough things that would require cellar temps. Have to keep the AC going all the time because we have a pug who is sensitive to the heat, so it doesn't get too warm.
