Hi. I wanted to brew a nut brown ale today or T-day AM, but my LHBS doesn't have all the ingredients I need. Is there a place that'll have ingredients to me by Fri or Sat? Also, the place I've ordered equipment from (Midwest) appears to sell in 1/2# amounts. Is there a way to get 12 or 4 oz amounts? BTW, it's Maris Otter and Special Roast (50L) they don't have. These appear to be fairly basic malts... I wonder what they've used for substitutes in the past? I'll ask. Thanks.
