I just saw this linked to by FFF on their Twitter, and it's pretty interesting. Apparently if you produce more than 30,000 barrels a year, you cannot be a small business anymore, cannot distribute your beer, and can't have a tasting room. We're still quite backwards where alcohol laws are concerned. Money and taxes to be had, you would think it's a no brainer!
