    My wife, son, and I went to The Mother Ship last night. The replies I received from Surly staff members when I asked "When is Abrasive going to be released outstate (Mankato)?", which is an innocuous question, IMHO, were ..... confusing. I think I needed a special decoder ring.

    Axeman and Misanthrope are worth the trip to the brewery, though. Both are world class, IMHO. And Fiery Hell is pretty great, too.

    Same would go for Iowa too. I gotta image someone's already eyeing the day they can fill a growler of Abrasive at el Bait Shop or the Keg Shop. Then again, that'd be small potatoes after watching CBS growler fills happen.

    Usually with Abrasive, the initial canning sells out instantly even with 1-2 4pack limits.

    Once canned, how long for it to go through the supply chain and to stores? Another week? Two?

    It was so nice when Surly did their own deliveries and one could get day old Abrasive and Wet.
