Surly Abrasive Release Info

    I've actually enjoyed this batch more than any of the others. I thought the first batch was delicious, some of the others were kind of OK, but this one has awesome grapefruit flavors.

    Sweet. I think I've bought a case and half or so this fall, but haven't had any of the 12/2. Have two sitting in my fridge that I will delve into tonight. Hopefully this means Todd isn't far away!

    Unfortunately I think we'll see Blakkr in the rotation before Todd, but I'd be very happy if I were wrong.

    Spoke to France44 today, they might get the latest batch next week...and the 12-3 cans might be on sale this weekend or next week to get rid of them...

    Blakkr was canned in March of last year, Todd was July and August...

    Didn't realize that this year's batch of Abrasive is double dry hopped. Maybe why it seems to be the best I've had yet....

    I can confirm there is a January canning out. Anyone know if that's the last one? I'm happy and suprised to see so much of it this year.

    I believe they indicated that the January canning would indeed be the last batch of Abrasive this year.

    Anyone in the Burnsville area seen any recent cans. Trying to get my father in law to smuggle me some however there were only 11/23 cans at the Costco near their house. Last time I was in town MGM and Blue Max actually had the oldest cans I found which was a little disappointing

    I thought both abrasive and todd were going to be more along the lines of quarterly offerings, possibly rotating availability.

    They will pretty much be quarterly. The last of Abrasive will be brewed in January, Abrasive will likely be found on store shelves for a couple more months and then Bakkr will come out. Todd will follow in summer, Wet will hit quickly in fall then Abrasive again late in 2016.
