    I agree. There are other seasonal beers like it that can take its place when its gone from the market. Seasonals are great!

    Just for the first wave. It was the same with Wet (which is still on refrigerated shelves in a number of places), though this should be much easier to get overall than Wet was. First canning run hits, everyone buys it up, then the subsequent runs are much easier to come by.

    check the date before purchasing, i was at cellars roseville today and they had abrasive for sale, got excited thinking they had it out a day early, flipped it over and it was canned 1/9/12. Lame move on their part putting out old stock at full price when they know people are going to be looking for it starting today.

    Again, merely personal preference and both parts of the same tasty animal. Some find beauty in subtlety, some prefer to be smacked in the face. IMHO, to call one of the most expensive cuts of beef the "stella artois" of steaks is hardly accurate. Back to the actual thread subject.... Whats your opinion on Abrasive?

    Yes, I had some tonight. Someone was with me, and it did remind me of the best beer I have ever had. This is by far my favorite beer made. Very happy to say that I had it at its freshest, even though Mnbearsfan was with me.

    Yikes, getting out with the guys (as I also was tonight) is always a tough one with the Mrs. I'm heading to IA/IL this weekend, let me know if you're looking for any weird beers we don't get here!
