There's a group planning on doing a pretty epic vertical of all the years, assuming someone has an 07, at Darkness day this year. It should last a couple of years at least. Recently had last years and it was still relatively hoppy for an Imp Stout. but was still delicious.

Have done the full bottled vert last year. Every one had had its own characteristics. The 07 was still drinking fantastic, no oxidization. Did taste a tad bit musty, but still had other prominent flavors.

    09

    07

The 08 still had hops present. Its fantastic aged, would highly recommend.

We did a full vertical (plus) last Darkness Eve. All of them were still good. With a bit of variation, the consensus was:

    07
    09
    06 (growler!)
    10
    08
    11

The '07 matched up with my old, old memory of having it on tap almost perfectly, & there were still a ridiculous amount of hops. The '09 is divine, & I don't ever expect to even hear of the '06 ever again. '11 seemed a bit thin, but in a more recent tasting it had improved significantly.

Looking forward to D-Day as always!
