    As a Mn Style Pizza expert I would say that yes, it's a cousin of StL Style, yet it has it's own distinct provenance. I say this mainly because I have no fucking idea what provel is. Sounds Czech. And no, Walleye doesn't belong, nor is it welcome on our pizza thank you very much.

    I think you can still find Luthern churches that put on Lutefisk dinners from time to time in the Twin Cities. I would guess that outstate Mn has more love for it than MSP. I've only had it once as an adult, it was an awesome yet horrifying experience lol. I doubt there is anyone in the state that eats it on a regular basis.

    St. Olaf College has a lutefisk day every year and the whole commons reeks. It's brutal.

    I think more lutefisk is consumed in MN then even in Norway. I heard that on some TV show, probably Bizarre Foods.
