From Todd's twitter, it is getting bottled up. just needs wax and then we can all chase it around town.

 

I hope I can snag a couple bottles when I come up Aug. 9th...

 

best be setting up a trade, if it is like last year it will be off the shelves pretty quick.

100% pure speculation: Monday seems likely?/probable? I think it's gettting dipped tomorrow and friday.

 

Scenario: Released in the Cities on day X, 3 weeks later will show up in Roch. Hopefully the hype down here will be subdued.

Any chance of this being on shelves when I get up to Minneapolis on the 26th? Or does anyone want to snag some bottles for me to trade/cover for when I get up there?

 

well scratch that probably. just saw that they aren't dipping them tomorrow.

 

I have been following this for a while. I have not seen to many ISO's pop up yet. I can't wait to get my mitt's on this, if I can..

Awe shucks, thanks sir. Which beer? Assuming I get my mitts on Syx I can grab you a bottle and throw it in Libbeys next box. It's up to you to wrestle it from his grasp.

That is, if we have an allotment for down here. I made the rounds in the cities last year for Five out of fear Rochester would not get any bottles.

 

Libbey is a teddybear cloaked in beer schwag. I can break his kung-fu grip. If you could wrestle a few bottles we would make it worth the hassle. I enjoy everything from Surly so this should be no exception.

 

I'll do what I can. Libbey is good people, 'nuff said.

 

So because of the barrels and booze, will this cost a bit more than Five or Darkness?

 

No barrels, it is "wood aged."

 

Did Roch see Five at all? Three weeks later is better than no weeks later..
I'll mule a couple back for Roch peeps if/when/how/where/what/whatever/turkish sweatpants... if I spy any in the cities since I commute there like a sucka 2-3 times a week anyway.

 

I was able to get 2 bottles of Five down in Roch, but honestly I don't remember where I got it. I was post-call when I went out so i was a little foggy. I think it was Apollo North.
