Surly Smoke

    So I have a bottle of Smoke, and looking for a way to put it to good use other than drinking. Any ideas? I'm open to anything.

    Brats should do the job... hmmm.. creamy cheeses.... I know... kind of simple cause you don't really make or cook anything.

    What about a nice beef stew (yeah ok it's summer who wants to cook that right?), or what about some BBQ and turkey... oh man heck

    GET THE DUCK OUT!!!!!!! Get some Chinese take out with some Hosin sauce and some duck!!!
