I have a mule with a layover in MSP, are there places in the concourses that sell cans of Surly to bring home?

In the 'G' concourse, there are a couple of the new convenience stores (located between gate areas) that have Surly cans for sale. Also, down by G19-20 (by the old McDonalds), there's a little kiosk that has them. Not sure about the rules of being able to take them unopened.

I don't think I've ever seen beer for sale in there.

You have to open them up when you buy them. Maybe the rules have changed, but it's been that way with every bottle/can I've ever tried to buy at MSP.

Surdyk's lets you take wine to go, I wonder why you can't do the same thing with beer at the aiport? Portland's airport has Made in Oregon stores with a large selection of bottles to go, as well as growler fills at the Rogue and Laurelwood brewpubs.

I fly through MSP once or twice a year when visiting in-laws in Nebraska. I'd love to take a Surly or two back to Seattle with me instead of drinking one at Ike's regardless of time of day.
