Was told last night that the last metro deliveries for Todd cans are going out this week and then we're done till next year.

If what you're concerned about is cost/abv then I'm going to strongly suggest you steer clear of sours/lambics.

2 cans down of 7/23. Delicious!! If there is a carb problem it is too slight for me to notice.

Is there clarity on if this is a year round, occasional, or once a year canning?

They are packaging two more canning runs this week. So not quite done yet.

Got my shipment in from South Lyndale Liquors. Canned on 7/23. Can't wait until these things cool down.

Oh, good call. I only know because I emailed about carb issues on 7/20 cans and they mentioned we might see more with August dates. All our shops sold out of their five case allotments in a matter of hours.

Please Please come to Chicago with August canning dates. It'd be great if and when it finally gets here its not already a month old.

I just had a 7/20 and 7/23 at the same time and slightly preferred the 7/20. It had a juicier taste to me. Although it did have some floaties. All in all, this was grossly overpriced for my budget.. I'm more than fine having it be a once a year treat.

Had one at The Cellar in Decorah last night. Very good. It didn't blow me away like the first time I had it, but it was still really good.

Phenomenal beer, juicy and delicious, though the 4-pint price of roughly $4 per can is irritating to be sure. Hopefully once the canning is wrapped it will continue to remain available on tap around the Twin Cities so I can get a fix by paying twice as much per oz...

Well, the hype must be high on this one. I can't find any in Ankeny/Ames. Everyone went through their supply in the first day or two... I only grabbed 2 cans (NAB Hy Vee). Wish I'd grabbed more.
