    I know there's probably not too many of these floating around, but was wondering if anyone has cracked a bottle of this semi-recently?

    The most recent review here is from Nov 2012 which was a 5/5.

    I know its been on tap a few times at various festivals, but not as many reviews from the bottle.

    Was thinking to crack mine soon...

    I love that review, especially at the end - "to the guy who was supposed to share his Cantillon who had an extra serving - I hope you die". Fuck the guy who didn't share his Cantillon, what a dick.

    Had a taste of this at a bottle share about a month ago. Seemed to still be doing fine, predominant flavor was chocolate-covered cranberries. Nice sweet and tart flavor combination, and still had a low level of carbonation, I think. I have only had a taste of this a time or two before and never had it fresh so I can't provide much info on flavor profile over time, but I can't imagine it's going to improve any more with age, so I'd say go for it!
