Also Ale Jail will be getting another shipment of Wet in on Wednesday.

 

Well, to brew Wet multiple times they would need to get multiple shipments of freshly picked, wet hops. Perhaps they brew one batch, but stagger the canning runs.

 

The driver told me this morning there would be another canning run, and there would be some more next week.

 

Per @surlybrewer's Twitter, the Wet hops are gone for the year.

 

To follow up a little more on this, per Todd's Twitter, there are (or will be) 2/3 canning runs.

 

Crazy spring. Harvest came in early this year. I was picking hops a month ago.

 

Per Todd's Facebook/Instagram this morning. 550 more cases are being canned as we speak! Yum.

 

Saw that today, but I was a little bummed out so I didn't break the news since the store I go to in Moorhead, MN (Bridgeview Liquor) was supposed to get 20 cases; they were given three. Apparently there was a line between 10-15 people when the beer arrived from the cities this past Friday, which is unheard of given the shelf life of beers at the store in the past (Abrasive sat on the shelves for ~a month this year).

 

Wow France 44 had some available to order online for all of 15 minutes today. I was lucky to get 1 4 pack.

 

God damn!! I talked to the guy on the phone last week when they got their first shipment and he said they sold out online in about 25 minutes. Since then I've been trying to keep a close eye on the site but to no avail. I guess when they sell out in 15 min you just have to be lucky enough to be on the site at the perfect time.

I know this isn't the ISO:FT forum so please spare me the "posted in wrong forum" comments. Is anyone willing to do a small trade for at least 1 4-pack possibly 2? I have fresh Zombie Dust from this week, BCBS, a can or two of Double Daisy Cutter and I can throw in This One Goes To 11. Also Revolution cans and bombers. Shoot me a BM if you'd like to work something out. Thanks y'all.

 

Andy's Liquor store/s (the one by Target at least) in Rochester has a bunch of Wet on the shelf, probably because they have it priced at $18.99. I really enjoyed the 4-pack I got up in the cities last Friday for $14.99, but it's not $18.99 good.

Edit: I should say it's not $18.99 good when you know it's being sold for 20%+ less other places.
