A few months ago I stopped in at a liquor store in Cloque Minnesota hoping to find Bourbon barrel County Stout. Which I was able to do. I noticed they had a ton of Surlyfest still on the shelves. It's one of my favorites, and I was only able to pick up one for pack in the metro. Long post but my question is does anyone know how this find beer holds up?
It's a Marzen/Oktoberfest style beer, so it is probably best consumed within six months of packaging. That said, I'm sure it would still be tasting fine right now.
