    Hi all,

I got the Robobrew about a year ago & have loved it; however, I’ve noticed that when I go to disassemble the pump arm, the tightening mechanism/nozzle (not sure the proper name) catches the top of the kettle & has started to loosen the pump attachment. I believe I have the second generation and it looks like a third generation has since been released. Looking at the attachment on the new generation, it looks like the hardware for the pump attachment has been changed. I am wondering - to anyone with the RoboBrew, is there a way to order this new hardware and attach to my current system? Could I contact the RoboBrew manufacturer directly & see if they’d be willing to send the new piece? I appreciate any feedback, thank you!

These brewing machines are not used by many members in this forum, so I don't know if this is the best place to come for an answer to your question. Going to the customer assistance at Robobrew is probably your best bet.

However, here is a link to a search that I did of this forum asking for threads where Robobrew is mentioned. https://www.beeradvocate.com/community/search/75656450/?q=robobrew&o=date&c[node]=8 Maybe your answer is there, or you might be able to determine which BA members use this machine and then message them with your specific question. Good luck.
