    Hey gang,

I had the chance to try this beer at a recent tasting and I really enjoyed it. It has very few reviews and I don't really know anything about it. I was planning on starting a ISO thread, but first I wanted to find out how "available" this beer is. Was much released? I am assuming it is a seasonal, but have no idea if there is a good bit around or if its pretty rare.

    Anyone know more about this?

    Thanks
    Ryan

Initially this was the Duclaw H.E.R.O. 2011 beer and sold only in 22oz bottles. Given that people really enjoyed it and it's popularity, they decided to bring it back in 6pks in 12oz format (great move btw). I believe the recipe is the same though it could have been tweaked slightly.

I believe initial shipments of this beer hit stores a little before XMas and a few stores I've been too have already sold through what they received (at least where I am in MD). Talking with those stores they were shocked how fast this stuff moved...catchy name/label, new local beer, peanut butter...nuff said. It is still to be found and I believe this is going to be one of Duclaws more regular 6pk offerings so even if stores are out now they should be getting more in the coming months.

All that to say, if you want some send me a BM and we can work it out. I'm more than happy to send some your way $4$ in beer or just for the cost + shipping label.

Deuces pretty much nailed it. Talking to my local retailer the other day he said that as far as he knew just about everywhere in Cecil County sold out in about a week and a half. He did say another shipment is expected soon though.

Picked some up while here in Frederick, MD this week. Honestly didn't like it myself, but at least here, there was plenty on the shelves
