I was hoping for some drink-a-like's to Bell's Two Hearted... Some other IPAs with those floral hops and sweet mellowness?

I also love Sculpin, but it's a little more citrus forward and less delicate. Many thanks!

I've only had Two Hearted a couple of times, but every time it reminded me a lot of Stone IPA.

Alpine Nelson (I know that it's tough to acquire here in NC but where there's a will, there's a way)
The new Hop Ranch from Victory if it hasn't already sold out around here might be a good choice too
If you are ever in the Boone, NC area. Try Appalachian Mountain Brewing 71 IPA

But the best beer and probably the easiest for you to acquire around here that might meet your criteria would be Foothilll's Jade IPA. That stuff is heavenly

Many fresh hop beers have the flavor profile you're looking for - High Tide (Port), Warrior (Left Hand), Northern Hemisphere (Sierra) - although they may be more bitter or dank than you desire. High Tide for sure is more floral and citrusy than the rest, in my opinion.

I don't know how it compares to Two Hearted, but I have always enjoyed the floral qualities of Ithaca Flower Power. It's a very tasty brew.

Jai Alai from Cigar City is another one to consider, especially if you can get the oak aged one.

Citra Hop Ale from Knee Deep
    Nelson from Alpine
    Jai Alai from CCB
I found Size 7 from Steel Toe brewing to be really smooth. But then again I find Abrasive to be mild. Take it with a grain of salt.

Westbrook IPA has some intense floral notes and smells...underrated IPA IMO

Sweetwater ipa fits the bill perfectly IMO.

This is pretty random, but this beer:

    http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/147/98008/

was a really unique IPA, used German hops, so the experience was much more smooth and floral, even for a 9.5% ABV beer. Let's hope Stone makes it again!

It sounds like you don't want a "West Coast Style" IPA. You might also open up your search to include APAs as well. Many are more balanced which sounds like what you might be after.

    How about?:
    Victory Hop Devil
    Founders Centennial IPA
    Founders Dry Hopped Pale Ale
    Boulevard Pale Ale
    Boulevard Single Wide
    Ballast Point Big Eye

I also agree with the fresh hop suggestion.

Also, and this is crazy i know cuz its an APA haha, but Mirror Pond I think reminds me of Two Hearted a lot

Great point, teledeluxe-- I should have also mentioned that I'd love any APA recommendations!

I think Heavy Seas Loose Cannon IPA might work out pretty well for you.

This is the best answer I've seen so far. I loved that beer, too, and would killllll for Stone to make it again. OH HEY HERE'S AN IDEA: Stone should re-release 15, 16, 17, and RuinTen quarterly in 4-packs. All stylistically unique but outstanding in their own ways, in my opinion. I still can't believe 16 got so little love (relatively speaking).

OP, Aroma Coma and Flower Power also are excellent answers.

The 16 has been been my favorite stone beer. i still wake up sometimes thinking about it.

OP, i would try to get some .5Acre Daisy Cutter, it'll melt your face off. APA tho so malt and ABV will be a little more toned down than 2 Hearted. Or, being that you are in NC, why not Foothills Hoppyum?
