As a Georgian, I'm a huge SweetWater fan. Love (most of) their stuff. But I just picked up a growler full of their Festive Ale, and I was a bit surprised at very specific flavor I picked up: celery seed. I swear to god, something in that beer tastes like old school V8 juice. I won't lie, after I picked that up it kind of ruined it for me. I've had Festive Ale for the past several years and never picked up anything like that. Am I crazy or did anyone else pick up on that? Bad batch? Draft lines need cleaning? I don't know what would have produced that.
