They eat the beans and their digestive tract changes them a bit and then .....whoosh they come out and are gathered cleaned and roasted.

I used to call it the monkey poop coffee

Just tapped the keg of bourbon barrel aged brown ale I recently pulled from the barrel..Like a dessert, but totally crushable for a barrel aged brew!!
