Sorry to be late on the pr0n on my end. We had a guest up from NJ last night, and are going to 3 of CT's average-to-shitty breweries today, so it'll most likely be happening tomorrow afternoon

As for my BA handle, I'll go into a bit of depth on it. After I got out of the USMC, I start working for the government doing contracts and negotiation for the Army. My first boss was a very knowledgeable woman who happened to be an Army vet. She'd give me a task and I'd finish it in 1/10th the time she expected it to be done. She'd call me to her office and I'd go running. Being in the military, I was used to being given an order and doing it ASAP. There was no time for slacking.

Anyway, one day she calls me up and tells me to head over to her office. I got there about 30 seconds later and before she gave me the task, she stopped and gave me a piece of advice. She told me that I needed to get on government time and stop doing things so quick. I never really listened so she gave me the nickname Haywire. The end.

Sorry for the lack of posting today about DLD. Been drinking since about 5:30 this morning. Opened some amazing beers. (sjstex on Untappd for the curious ones). Oh, I'll start by leaving this here:

For those that are in @jpsboom Half Marathon LIF, he just finished. His average pace was 6:28 per mile and he completed the course in 1:24:38. Not sure who ended up winning the LIF. I'll let him figure that out once he has rested.

 

Well done at @jpsboom!! I ran for about 20 seconds yesterday to get in line for DLD tits and that was enough for me. Congrats!
