Ok, yeah, a little srs... but only if you can drop it off on your way to TX... it sounds like shipping it out is going to cost almost as much as the keg itself.

Well since we hardly ever have LIFs in this thread, I've got one for you:

I recently brewed and bottled my first all-grain batch of beer (pictured above, audaciously packaged in a westy bottle). I just wanted to try out the mashing part, so I made up a recipe with Belgian pale malt, biscuit malt, American ale yeast, and three kinds of hops.

Your task is to guess those three hop varieties. Get em right and you'll earn yourself a bottle of Love Child No 4, a bottle of the homebrew in question, and a handful of locals.

To help you, I'll be providing clues along the way. To start, the three hops have something in common. For instance, they are all hops.

Guessing goes until someone wins. Any ties go to the first poster. Good luck!

Good to hear, and glad it was enjoyed. I've heard from everyone I sent growlers to, and it seems the capping process works. No leaks and good carbonation was the word from everyone. I'll be doing this with all my growlers from now on. Thanks to everyone who helped out.

I thought that one was really good myself. Happy to hear you enjoyed it also.

Mosaic, simcoe, warrior....is it bad I'm more interested in the home brew than the love child?
