szechuan buttons and beer

    Had anyone here tried this pairing before? Had this with some chocolates, ice cream and wine and it was pretty amazing. I was told that this flower bud goes great with IPA. Curious if/what beers you have tried szechuan buttons with and what you thought. Cheers

    I'm going for Szechwan this afternoon and will be taking a bottle of Ommegeddon with me, I'll let you know how it goes.
