I'm getting off work tonight at 10pm. Driving about 4 1/2 hours to Santa Rosa. Staying at the Travelodge and waking up early to wait in line at RR tomorrow. My girlfriend thinks I'm crazy. I'm bringing a buddy who has never been to Russian River before, so it should be very fun! I'm crossing my fingers that Compunction will still be there.

I'm trying my best to get up to the city, can anyone at toronado post the taplist? Or at least a bigger picture of the taplist?

Just now leaving from RRBC. We got there at 11am and waited maybe 10-15min to get in. They were staggering the seating so that the kitchen wouldn't have to go too crazy all at once. Split a sampler and also had pints of T25 and Compunction. Amazing beers. Left with a growler of Salvation and Benediction as well as bottles of T25. Loved Hopfather. Very satisfied with this trip up

Might head to Toronado once I get back down to SF! How's it going over there?

Toronado blew CCK about an hour into service. But it was then erased from the "out" chalkboard. So don't quote me on that. Bottles are 2 per person at $30/ea, but the line was easy to get back in line for two more. Teehee.

Damn about to head to the city now. Was looking to try a glass of CCK. :slight_frown: I'm sure they will have amazing beers on tap all day though so I'll find something to drink.

t-20 and t-25 were still going strong when I left. and as mentioned CCK was listed as kicked on the chalk board, but then they erased it. Might have another keg that they hooked up - would be worth asking for to see.

    here's the bottle list - http://twitter.com/MikeBGP/status/234395920446402560/photo/1/large

everything except t-25 and parabola (i think) were sold out about 45 min after the doors opened. would have been nice to get a bottle of rorie's ale - that's a great beer.

overall a good event by the t-room. the idea of selling bottles separate from on-tap beer was a good one - made things move MUCH smoother.

So besides the T25 was anything else to go if you wanted? That batch 3 Sanctification would be a score. That's the old recipe and was great back in the day.

There might still be T25 bottles left. I wouldn't be shocked if they've stopped selling, though. All of the vintage bottles are gone, though, long since. By the time I got to the front of the line, they were down to T25, B1 Parabola, and 2011 Abyss. None too shabby, but not the Cable Car to go that was available.

Anyone want to snag me a B1 Parabola? I have managed to end up with zero of these.

If someone actually did do this for me, I can meet you wherever you want in the next few days. I'll grab something out of the cellar for you also just because your so nice.

I should note that I have no idea if they still have it -- I picked that up around noon. Anyone got more recent information?

They sold out of everything at like 4.

As for the taps they're out of Double Nelson, but supposedly more will trickle out over the coming weeks. That was a fucking good beer. CCK was great too, and T-20 was much better on tap then out of the bottle. While the first hour or so was awful, the lines cleared and everything went pretty nicely afterward.

I saw at least two more legs of double Nelson in the back room. I look forward to its return.

No more bottles. No more alpine Nelson. No more cck. No more t20. Still had 25 though. And a lot of other good stuff. I just left toronado. Grabbing food and finishing up strong at city beer

What a nice event -- crowded, but not unbearably so. Great stuff on tap. Somehow I managed to get service -- wearing a metal shirt and rocker wig helped. This is a photo of me from our preparty:

Yes... you are seeing double. The Toronado bartenders were only happy to throw beer at me.
