You know what kind of person I am by my post? That's quite impressive. I don't mean to stir anything up, but I'm pretty positive Toronado will be randomly releasing T-25 bottles and selling them more than Russian River charges for the next couple months (with the price going up every week). This bar gets a kick out of randomly selling bottles that the public wants, but look down on people that want to seek these beers out. No need for the smiley face after your post. I'm not irritating at all... In fact, I hardly talk and hate to post negatively on this site. Only when certain topics really grind my gears.

i sincerely doubt the beer was randomly released a day after they were supposed to have run out. his post was slightly off and i corrected it the same way i would expect to and hope to be corrected if i made a mistake. my post also implied that if they said it was gone saturday and it was still readily available on sunday then maybe it will continue to be available longer than people think (not saying this is the case, obviously i don't know but someone on here probably does). your post sounded awfully snooty and unnecessary, i was simply posting for accuracy's sake, for the greater good

I was at Toronado on Sunday as well. Saw people with bottles of the T-25 in brown paper bags to go. Was very shocked to see they had already upped the price higher than what RR was selling it for. My post was not meaning to come off as snooty at all. I apologize.

What kind of attitude is this? Trading is all about building relationships in the beer community and making both sides happy with the beers they land. It's not about "maximizing your value." Who cares if these guys want to send their case of T25 out for cases of off-the-shelf stuff. If that's what they really want to try, or if that's their favorite beer then I'm sure the person who's receiving the T25 will be overjoyed that they could get it.

When a 2 bottle limit is taken advantage of to the point of getting 16 bottles it is ridiculous, and takes beer away from many other people who would have been glad to have received some. These people aren't also looking for off the shelf - I believe one was looking for Izzy, DDG, and Veritas... sooooo... they are in turn hurting the beer community and themselves. I know I don't want to drink with people who are so selfish.

How much more? Because Toronado was never selling it for less than $30.

I think the rest of your posts miss the mark but don't really care to argue the point since it's all just opinion and conjecture anyway.

Colleague of mine told me he scored two bottles for $30 each, so the price hasn't changed.

Just heard they are tapped out of Compunction. Super sucky.

I am hoping they still have T25 on tap Saturday night, as I am planning on going up. I even got my roomate to DD for us, score.

Well, I'm on my way home from the RR.

Got there at 9:30pm. The Toronado 25 Keg kicked right as I ordered some, fuck!

We get some compunction, and enjoyed some grub.

We enjoyed other great sours and IPA's.

We ordered bottles as we left of random great offerings.

We started driving away. I forgot to get my homeboys Damnation!!

I go back in to get it, and I notice they tapped a new keg of T25! I call in the beer creeper and order two glasses.

    Good times were had!

    T25 fucking rocks.

Awesome man! I'm glad the information they gave me was wrong. And good thing you forgot that bottle.

I went there on a whim yesterday afternoon and was pleased to see Compunction and T25 on tap. Unfortunately Hopfather (my real motivation for the trip) had kicked. Too bad, I wanted to try it this year.

I guess we missed each other by a few hours. Sounds like you had a fun time, hopefully I'll catch you on the next trip.

I felt quite lucky running into the Compunction and super lucky with the T25 at the end of night after I thought it was done. Our night was a good time there.

I thought for sure hopfather would have still been there, surprised it was done.

It would be cool to share some RR on tap dude.
For sure we will share some brews at Eclipse again too if you are able to make it.

I am hoping that that t25 last for a few more days. Up there on Wed. eve and bringing a few randoms to share.
