Just posting up a heads up on the release of Toronado's T-25 that WILL be available to go. Not sure what the bottle limit is or the bottle count but you can take these babies home. You can probably find out more info if they have a FB page. Heres a link with a little more info. I know i and a few other BA buddies will be attending. Anyone else going?

does anyone know what the base 6 beers are? 30 seconds of googling didn't give me the answer, so asking here.

wonder when the goandpickitupformebro requests will begin. "this is available at the brewery for a few days, so it's not rare, etc"

It's nice that it'll be released at two locations on Saturday (brewery and the bar), which will hopefully split the crowd up a little bit.

I believe very shortly. But we'll see. Still not sure on bottle count at either location.

I had no idea it was being released at Russian River. That saves me a hell of a drive. Where did you hear this?

They're beers made especially for T-25, as far as I know none are known beers. I'll be at the dinner tonight, which will definitely have all 6 available for sampling, and report back.

It wouldn't surprise me if one of the six is Sonambic, the base beer for Beatification. It was a minor component of T-20, too. Don't know if it's ever been publicly tasted on its own, unblended. If it's there tonight...damn. My ultimate want in a glass.

sounds awesome. honestly, i'd rather go to the dinner and taste it there + the 6 pre-blend beers than have a bottle, even if it was ann-like tradebait.

Word. I'm going to the dinner, and I'm excited about getting bottles to go, but the component tasting has me most excited by far.

Oh I know, I'm so excited. Especially with Vinnie describing the brewing/blending process. I don't give a shit if it trades like Idiot's Drool, this is going to be an incredible night.

Let me know how it taste. If it's completely disappointing, let me know privately so we can still maintain the trade value :sunglasses:

Looks like ill be at Russian River a couple times this week. I hadn't checked RR website since Monday so this info must be pretty new. Its good to hear though. Makes driving much easier. Look forward to some Hopfather as well.

I missed it before, but it looks like RR isn't going to be selling bottles to walk-in-walk-outs on Thursday. If you just want to stop by for a couple bottles to go they are asking you to show up Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Seems they will have an allotment set aside for each day.

I actually ended up buying another one and putting it right next to the one I have now. Hope I wont need a third as I'm already sitting on too much.
