Hey beer lovers! Is there anyone out there that can tell me where I can get some 't Smisje Grande Reserva in the Great Lakes region, or more specifically S.E. Michigan (Detroit Area)? I've been chasing this beer for over 3 years! I was introduced to this delightful brew while visiting in Atlanta, GA. My buddy & I were hanging out in Little 5 Points, when we stopped off in a small bar that had an interesting beer menu. My buddy just randomly picked a beer and it was love at first sip. Now I'm back in Michigan and no one knows anything about this brew! I've even checked around in Ohio (Columbus) but still nothing! Can anyone out there help me?????
Brouwerij Smisje beers are imported by B. United, who is southeast Michigan is distributed by Rave Associates out of Ann Arbor, they do not currently have any of the brewery's beers in inventory, which is not surprising knowing B. United. The beers from this importer tend to trickle in. I was waiting for Hitachino Nest beers for 3 months before they finally came in. These may appear in Michigan around the holidays if I remember correctly. I hope this helps
