Anyone trade for (or traded out) one of these recently? Curious to know if these are traded around at all considering the hefty pricetag....
Yea, considering the prices I've seen on the rare occasions I've found one for sale, the $4$ alone would seem to be a pretty large trade deterrent. (Never mind what's in the bottle itself - just one man's opinion, but yeesh...)
Nope. Just wondering if it legitimately trades $4$. I got a pretty good deal on one ($60), but was considering trading it out.
$60 is in incredibly good deal on that. I was "lucky" enough to try it with out dropping the cash. It currently sits as the worst beer I've ever had, but I know people that love it. If you find someone really itching to try it I'm sure you'd be able to get $4$ since the deal you got was so good. What exactly someone would trade for it is a different story.
Yeah whenever I hear people talk about this beer it makes me want to age my 2 bottles or Tokio even longer. I am almost afraid to drink it.
Age that as long as possible. My group that cracked it ours a couple weeks ago thought it tasted like a very strong cranberry vodka. Not very good IMO
I just don't get the appeal of these super high ABV beers, that being said, if I were to be given a TNP or STB I'd keep it for the novelty.
