    Congratulations on opening the brewery! That's totally awesome. I wish you much success with your new business.

    It is really satisfying to hear that MpH works so well for you, even at 620 gallons! Undoubtably you are super busy, but if you ever get the chance, I would love to get my hands on your data (grain bill, water composition, mash thickness, and measured mash pH) to compare with the model in the spreadsheet. It is possible that the model could be tweaked slightly to make it even better.
