I was already really looking forward to the BA Buffalo Sweat, and am down right excited at the prospect of BA Vanilla Bean Buffalo Sweat. I am really enjoying what Tallgrass is doing!

What variations of Buffalo Sweat are floating around these days? Im looking to trade for some. I guess a guy my sister is interested used to live out in Nebraska, and it was one of his favorites. I would like to get some for her/him, as well as try it myself.

    Thanks in advance-

Currently out are regular & bourbon barrel buffalo sweat. I heard another few weeks before we (twin cities) see bourbon barrel aged vanilla bean. I had it at great taste of the midwest and it was out of this world.

BA vanilla buff sweat hit the KS side of KC today. Keep an eye out cause it's on it's way.

Thanks for the info so far. How limited is the BA VBS? Sounds pretty tasty.

Also, what is the format, and how is the pricing?

If its like the regular BA Buffalo Sweat it should be in good supply. Really enjoyed the regular BA

I'm waiting for the first person to bitch about it not being thicker and higher ABV. Just like they did with regular BA Buffalo Sweat without considering it was never billed as an imperial stout

Aging a beer this small in barrels doesn't do much for me personally. Not everything should be put in a barrel.

Lol, it's gotta be at least 12% to be any good, right?

I'll bite here. My gripe isn't necessarily the thickness and definitely isn't the ABV. I just didn't love the way it came out. Seemed a little fizzy to me and reminded me more of rootbeer honestly, like Not Your Fathers...
