Tap Beer Freshness

Well most nice restaurants offer great food and high quality service staff, but I'm just specifying their lack of experience or attention to detail in beer serving/draft beer offerings.

 

I think they feel when the product arrives what more needs to be done. I really doubt they ponder if a line was cleaned or date of beer, they don't probably care that much. My guess is that like any beverage they only see cup full cup empty, not date made or such.
