Due to recent changes in New York State Liquor Authority regulations regarding the requirement that volunteers pour beer samples at festivals, TAPSM New York will no longer be recruiting volunteers from the public to assist us during the two day event. That sounds like something that will be sure to raise the price. OTOH perhaps the pourers will be quicker.
