Zero food options. I don't need a full menu or even hot food, but I prefer to snack on something when I'm drinking. It's how I was raised...serving alcohol? Food gets served with it. Also, if I'm sampling new beers, I like to be able to cleanse my palate between beers.

Just some pretzels would be an acceptable minimum.

Next, as mentioned above: Flight restrictions. You can get a flight, but only of these 5 beers. The really tasty sounding vanilla been stout you're eyeballing? Gotta buy that separately. I get that some beers might cost more, but just price accordingly. I'm ok paying a little more for a BA stout in my flight, just don't tell me I can only get a full 12 oz pour when I have to drive.

I'll echo some responses above: in this day and age, there should always be an up to date taplist available online, especially if people are on vacation or making a special trip to a place.

Chiming in with a common complaint, the lack of half pours and/or flights really annoys me. I'd rather try more things than have one large abv pour and leave.

kids and dogs. Hate crying, screaming kids. And have witnessed several dogs pissing and $hitting on the floor. Smells lovely.

My biggest is a loud taproom... All concrete, no sound dampening. The worst!

I also hate excessive TV's and especially when they are on news/sports.

While I love dog's, I just don't get why people bring them to breweries.

Kids, I usually don't care if behaved, but if I was a parent, I wouldn't bring them to breweries/bars... That's me though.

Uncomfortable stools, places that are overly hipster (take themselves too seriously in this manner), bad service/lack of knowledge, way too many taps (like 100+) and of course unclean lines.

Rude or condescending staff. Doesn't just apply to breweries/brew pubs/tap rooms but to every industry. If I'm treated disrespectfully I'll take my business elsewhere.

Also: urinals with no dividers. Can we please start putting dividers between all urinals. #MakeRelievingGreatAgain

A tap list that's only the standard things you can just buy off the shelf at the local grocery store. There's a brewery here that will be very vocal about doing a world record 130 tap takeover at a bar, but you'll be lucky to find even one or two unique beers in their own taproom. Kind of doesn't make it worth the effort to go to the source.

OMG I hate giant Jenga. Sitting there nicely enjoying a beer and BAM, CRASH, BOOM for a second it feels like the whole places is crashing down. Repeat every 10 min or so.

Really the only one I agree with is excessive noise, that's annoying. Most of the other complaint's listed here don't bother me. OK - One time kids did because someone had the brilliant idea of having a kids B day party in a fairly small tasting room and I felt like I was in romper room, thankfully they didn't stay long. Otherwise while I'm not a huge fan of kids in adult settings they don't bother me.
Dogs - the more the merrier. I love them and don't care if they approach me - lay wherever they want - as long as they don't drink my beer we're good.
What else, no flights - big deal - every brewery I've been to will offer you a small taste of a beer as long as you don't abuse it and " try " 8 different beers. Even if they wouldn't do that I'm fine with 8 or even 10oz pours.
Crowds or lines ? If lines bother you don't wait - come back later. Same with crowds - come back another time or do your best to find a spot where you not bumping into people every 2 seconds. Even if the beer is mediocre - it just means I won't go back. Though I usually ask around and know what I'm getting into before I go so that's rarely been an issue. Maybe I'm easy going but 99% of my experiences at Brewery's have been positive.
