OH kind of squandered the taproom expansion by moving next door. They could have instead offered an exquisite rooftop experience.

They did a really nice job with that small outdoor area. You almost forget that you're basically drinking in a parking lot.

Agreed. Folks can sit with cold beers on comfy benches overlooking Seneca Lake in at least three places I can think of. Somehow at Two Goats I could care less that it's not a NE IPA in my hand. The music is great, the staff is warm and friendly and the roast beef sandwich can't be beat.

By the way, OP: +50 points for starting a thread that wasn't just "what's out at such and such brewery."

Two Goats is a nice place no doubt about.

From what I remember, Pine Island Brewing in Pine Island, NY has an outdoor area with a gorgeous view.

I second Blue Mountain. We like to stop in after hiking trips for a pint and a nice view. Bold Rock (Cider) has an awesome view as well right up the road from Blue Mountain.

These are types of places I like to visit when I get some free time, and I always like to get recommendations on new spots to check out. The individual brewery threads definitely serve their purpose though.

@RutgersBeerGuy Took a ride out to Brick Farm Tavern for lunch a few days ago. Your assessment was spot on. Food was top notch and the two Troon beers I had were great too. Also took a peek inside Sourland Mountain Spirits (even though it was closed) and got to chat with the owner for a few mins as I was walking back to my car. Really friendly guy. Awesome experience overall.
