I'm brand new to the forums so if this is in the wrong place I apologize. I just bought one of the terrapin wax topped Tart Cherry WnB Oatmeal Stouts and wondered if it was worth aging? I have 2 more where I work that I can buy also. Should I drink them now or are they worth sitting on for a while?

    Welcome to BA!
You did post in the right spot:wink:
About aging beer, there is some science and knowledge and a great reference is Vintage Beers a book by fellow BA @PDawson. However, a lot of it is experimentation, so if you have the ability to buy two, then drink one now and put one away for later.
That being said, most people will tell you that the flavors fall off over time, even as the alcohol mellows......
Hope I didn't confuse you with all this.
    Cheers!

Personally, I thought that beer was awful. Aging might make it less of a mess, but it's questionable.
