Yeah. You should be able to find it at the Whole Foods on Westlake.

Not a problem. If you get a chance, you should really try to make it up to Fremont/Ballard. There are some great places to get food/beer. Also, Bottleworks in Wallingford, if you can. Shouldn't be too hard to find a bus to take you to those locations from downtown.

Since is a family vacation (2 years old daughter included), only 2 1/2 days long and our first time in Seattle I'll have to stick with the touristic spots, so the beer related places must be close to downtown/SLU (and family friendly), the furthest we'll go is Northgate Mall and just because there's a Target and my wife loves it . Hopefully will visit again Seattle!!

Any whole foods, any bottle shop, it's been floating around town for a while now.

Gotcha. You might be in luck, though. Whole Foods has decent stock. You should be able to find quite a few beers there. There's also DeLaurenti, a specialty shop in Pike Place Market that sells some great locals. The last time I was there, they still had some of the Fremont Bourbon Barrel Abominable Ale, which is a must-get if you're looking for local gems (won a bronze medal behind King Henry in the recent World Beer Cup, which is a pretty big deal). Pike Brewery is also in the market area. Their XXXXX Extra Stout is another local World Beer Cup medal-winning beer that's worth having if it's available there -- or if you can find it in bottles. Big Star is in the Northgate area, not too far away from Target. I've never been there, so I can't vouch for their stock, but you should be able to find some good beers. And if you want to keep things simple, especially with a kid, there's a new Target in downtown Seattle.

Have fun while you're out here, man. It's a great time to visit.

I'd seen downtown's Target, but in their webpage under services only read "Pharmacy" and (silly me) thought it would be like a big Walgreen's. Thanks for the heads up!!!

Of course I'll go to Pike Place Market, will look for the Abominable Ale. Also will go to Pike Brewery, hopefully they'll have their XXXX Extra Stout.

    Cheers
