    Hi Friends,

Heading to this area this weekend (Sat-Tues), any good craft beer shops in the area? Was hoping to find some NP cans or maybe Pliny bottles.

    Thanks in advance!

Not much there that I know of. 8 Bit is worth a visit. Solid beers and good food. There is a spot called Quail that has a nice selection of some cans, but probably wont find Pliny there.

Killarnys used to get kegs of Pliny all the time if you want some on draft. Total Wine is worth checking out there as well. Used to be a spot right next to my in-laws called backyard bottleshop that was solid, but it has closed.

Temecula Wine and Spirits is a solid store. Barons in Murieta and Temecula has a solid selection.

If you have a car and dont mind a drive, if you go south 25 minutes down the 15 freeway, Holiday Wine Cellar in Escondido will have Pliny bottle for sure, along with other Russian River items, and some good SD local items. Even closer to that is HIdden Meadows and the bar Side Yard usually is running some Russian River products, and the store next to it does have a decent selection of items too. If you drive 25 minutes north on the 15 freeway, youll hit El Cerrito Liquor and it has an amazing selection of everything beer. Usually some RR stuff there too. Both spots open early too, so if you are driving out from AZ maybe you can stop on your drive.

North Park cans, youll have a shot at El Cerrito, but they will be expensive. I mean, your an hour away from the brewery while in Temecula. if you have the time, the drive isnt bad and the can selection right now at the brewery is legit (was there yesterday having a pint).

Thanks for the info @erichxedge. Much appreciated. Over in that area for wines with the wife, an hour drive south to hit NP isn't in the cards this time. But I think I can squeeze some other suggestions you made. Thanks again.

Going to Murrieta this weekend and seems like Solaris has really come into their own since my last visit in 2021. Going to stop by for sure.

If you are going to the wineries, Barons on Rancho California regularly stocks Pliny and has a nice selection of craft beer. Also, for a winery Robert Renzoni usually has Pliny on tap and probably one of the best tap lists in wine country.
