Ten Fidy bottling date

    Wish I could find some old ones around here. I haven't been able to find any in many months.....we have to grab it when it comes out and then hold onto it. Haven't seen any on the shelves for at least 4-5 months or longer.

    Currently drinking a Ten Fidy canned on 11/14-11 and it is drinking wonderfully.

    (bought the can with the age on it)

    I just picked up a couple 4 packs; drank one fresh and will age a couple and see how it goes. So far it was good fresh so I'm excited to see how I personally like it in a year

    Not only does Ten Fidy age really well, but it holds up in cellars with poor temperature control.

    I recently opened up an '09 I found in a closet near a heating/ac vent (probably ranged between 55-80F over the years) expecting port wine or vinegar. Instead I got a lot of roasty-ness and dark chocolate, and a lot of the sweetness and heat had disappeared.

    I was given an '06 as a trade extra. Plan to open it up early next year on its 10 year and do a blind side by side with a fresh one.
