Finally got my hands on these. Question for those that have had them side by side - is it worth it to do so, are they different enough? Considering they are essentially the same whiskey but one is small batch the other single barrel (though not sure that would make any difference at all as I assume Voodoo used maybe a single barrel of each). Concluding ramblings - worth it to do both at the same time or on two separate occasions?

I noticed quite a difference between the two. I really thought I would like the Eagle Rare more, but I preferred the Buffalo Trace. I did both at once and liked the novelty of it FWIW.

I only ever had 1. Silver wax. Absolutely incredible beer.

Interesting there is that much of a difference - maybe I'll just plan to do a big wee heavy tasting and get backwoods bastard, wulver, ba last kiss, and alesmith ba wee heavy together.

    Thanks for the feedback

Both we really tasty, but both had distinct differences between them. I would just rock them side by side or day after day. (I did the latter as two of those in one night for me would have wiped me out) Amazing beers, highly under the radar! Wish I had more!

Thanks @tommyguz for the info. I am very excited to try them and will do them at the very least night after night. Personally happy they are not on the radar like the other releases because they were actually attainable ha
