Tequila isnt very high on my "fave alcoholic beverages" list.

    Scotch
    Rum
    Port
    Sherry
    Bourbon
    Cognac

    are all preferred

Tequila BA beers are also really rare here.

Eh, I'd try one. I'm not a fan of tequila though, so my interest is minimal.

I'm not a huge fan of Tequila by itself, but Firestone PNC is one of my all time favorite beers.

agave maria was overly sweet and way too expensive at $16 for 375 ml. westbrook mex cake in tequila barrels was the jam. worth the $30 price tag?...yes. absolutely.

Came here to post this one as well. Absolutely phenomenal Tequila BA beer, enjoyed it out of the bottle, and just had a pour on tap recently as well. Great rich roasted malt notes, balanced with sweet chocolate, rounded out with a light agave tang and a good bit of drying oak.

I like Tequila, but I thought this one tasted like a drier version of some malt liquor. Had that weird sweetness and not much else going on.

Gosatequin from OEC. Although it was only a small portion of the blend, the tequila gave this beer so much depth. (also gin barrels).

This is by far the best tequila beer I've had and really the only one that I felt "worked." I've heard good things about PNC too, but Pallet 3 definitely was a home run.

One of my local breweries did a DIPA aged on Casa Nobles Reposado soaked oak chips.

It was pretty amazing... I was skeptical at first, but it really worked.

Mezcal Barrel-Aged Uror (gose) from Fate was among my favorites at SAVOR.

Indeed brewing here in Minneapolis threw their imperial pilsner in a tequila barrel called it Mexican Cousin. Not a huge Pilsner guy, but this was pretty good.

Sun King did their Fistful of Hops in a tequila barrel and it was amazing. The hops balanced well with the tequila.

The Ram Brewery in Boise actually did one, and it went to the GABF. It was an extremely heavy IIPA called Tres Amigos. One of the best beers I've had. Tom, the brewer, is a big fan of tequila and knew exactly what he was doing.
