Has anyone aged this beer? I'm curious what your thoughts are.

I've only had it fresh and felt like the coffee flavors could mellow a little. I thinking it could hit a sweet spot in a year.

I've only had one at six months, besides fresh, and it was still too much coffee.

I did a four year vertical last month.. 09-12. My results from it were this.. 12,11,10,09 don't age this more than a year... The 12,11 were basically the same with 12 being the better of the 2.. 10 and 09 were really not that good.. All coffee had faded and nothing special came out...

So I think it can sit a whole year and not really loose too much flavor but your not gaining anything from cellaring this!

I prefer 1 year over fresh, but I prefer 4-5 months over 1 year. I found that 4-5 months to be my sweet spot.
