    Head brewer at Terrapin Brewing Co. sent me an email with this info

    OG 1.056
    FG 1.012
    ABV 5.9%

    Pale Malt 75-85%
    CaraMalt 8-18%
    CaraPilsner 2-12%

    Hops::
    Zythos @ mash hops
    Zythos @ first wort
    Centennial 60 min
    Amarillo citra simcoe 30 min
    Amarillo citra simcoe 15 min
    Amarillo citra simcoe whirlpool/hop stand

    Amarillo citra simcoe centennial. Dry hop
    75 IBUs

    don't get terrapin beers up here, but looks good. might give this one a whirl(pool)

    Did you guys ever give this one a try? wondering what kind of ratios/amounts you tried on the hop schedule. Thanks guys

    That is the challenge some pros hand us. It is also problematic to go down to a Homebrew scale as he doesn't know the hop utilization on the little system compared to the big system.

    No water, yeast, and fermentation information either.

    Well, looky there.

    Another professional brewer is adding flavor hops at 30 minutes. Hmmm....
