Picked one up this afternoon at CBX. They were down to a case when I left the shop.

I was able to get the second to last bottle at Hop City. Popping it open around Thanksgiving!

Didn't even know this was a thing. Well, hopefully my usual beer guy takes care of a brotha like he did with the Pumpkin Porter.

I can't verify if it's the exact same beans/roast, but it is the same coffee company- Jittery Joes.

Jittery Joes makes some great coffee and they roast it fresh in Athens at a roast house.

You really don't like WnB stout because of the coffee in it??

WnB is way to coffee forward for me, the oatmeal is completely lost on my palate. I guess super fresh roast can do that.

This sounds tasty but I must say that the Moo-Hoo series so far has been OK but disappointing as well because I think both Moo Hoo and White Chocolate Moo Hoo fell short of their potential.

If I find it at a good price, I’ll probably buy one but I won’t pay top dollar for another OK beer.

Fwiw I tried this year's WnB last night and felt the coffee was dialed back and there was a bit more body/malt sweetness as compared to last year's vintage. It might be worth revisiting.

Snagged a couple moo-hoochiato so far, but haven't tried it yet. Not a huge moo-hoo fan but this sounds tasty.

I'll never find a bottle of this or the French Toasted WnB... but both sound absolutely epic.

ATL received what I would consider a solid distribution for Moo-Hoochiato. Seems like most of the retailers I know got in the neighborhood of 4-5 cases, which was twice the allocation for the WCMH, CRWnB, and IPPP.

I'm not the world's biggest fan of Moo-Hoo Stout, but I will say that I truly enjoyed Moo-Hoochiato. Very coffee forward, and the chocolate profile was better than regular Moo-Hoo. More importantly, the beer had a thicker, creamier mouthfeel than regular Moo-Hoo (my main gripe with the beer is a somewhat watery mouthfeel). It's been so long since I've had Depth Change that I cannot compare the two, but this beer seemed to be on that level.

I might suggest that Moo-Hoochiato is what you'd get if you crossed Moo-Hoo and Wake n Bake, but that wouldn't be entirely accurate, either. For the first time, I think that Terrapin has delivered a beer worthy of the Reserve Series. Nice to see that most folks in my city who really wanted one were able to get one.

Give it a try if you have the chance. And do not cellar this beer.

Who in Atlanta has this? I follow a lot of stores on social media, and frequent Green's by my office pretty regularly - have not seen this on shelves yet..

I am certainly ISO of this, Dangit. :slight_frown: Terrapin; Why must you brew in CT and not distribute to it or NY?

If you're expecting either a good price or something other than MooHoo with espresso you'll be dissapointed. Moo-Hoochiato is a delicious variant of the original but is twice the price. I'm still happy to have tried it and think it's worth a go, particularly if you like both MooHoo & coffee.

They have (or had?) some at Green's on Buford Hwy in the back, you had to ask for it.

Green's posted it Monday, as did Hop City and Tower. Mink's, Toco Giant, and most other bigger outlets have already sold through it. Ale Yeah! Decatur should see it today, Roswell tomorrow. It's out there, you just have to go and get it.

Yep. What @RDMII said. Note that most places are imposing limits of 1-2 bottles. I bought one. And as much as I liked this beer, I don't really feel the need to go get another, not with Backwoods Bastard, Orpheus, regular WnB also coming out this week. Too many great releases looming on the horizon. (Red Hare Sticky Stout is next week. Geez...) I suppose this is a good problem to have.

This has landed in Savannah. Grabbed one bottle today and will get more later in the week. I'm not a big fan of Moo Hoo so I'm monitoring the trade forum for something to catch my eye.

Welp, must've missed it at Green's. I live in Roswell so hopefully Ale Yeah will have some out there.
    Thanks for the heads up.

I'm getting one case tomorrow at Ale Yeah! in Roswell. Delivery is usually by 3pm but every time I nail down a time, they're late. Just keep an eye on social feeds.

A whole case of Chiato? Wow I've seen strict limits everywhere else. Also, I was under the impression that Ale Yeah in Roswell received deliveries on Fridays? Maybe it just depends on the distributor.
