It has to have label aproval every year. It's currently waiting on that. My best guess would be last week of December or first week of January.
Someone could get seriously drunk if they drank an 11% ABV beer instead of a 10% ABV beer. Thank you TABC for protecting the Lone Star State and not just whoring out breweries for an extra $75 a year!
