Had a bottle last night. It definitely was not the same taste one got from Pro Am 2012. Let's just put it this way, they missed. I am so disappointed because I was so enthusiastic in my encouraging them to make this a regular release and it doesn't measure up to what it was. :slight_frown:

I'm hoping they tweak the recipe or whatever they did in the process to get it right for the next batch.

between 1-10....and 10 being ProAm '12, my honest rating would be a 6.75

i thought it was pretty good, not OMG NEED MOARZ good.

i agree, they missed the target....not by much, but a miss is still a miss.

I still have one can left of the 2012 that a friend dropped over recently.

I will do a side by side today.

I'm sure the hops have faded on the Pro-Am, but I wonder if it is still better than the Valk

I saved $7 on my beer purchases by not buying this! Switch and you could save too!

Back on topic: Terra Incognita should be in TX around the 17th (around when Saison-Brett arrives)

had heard that a possible second round of Saison-Brett may arrive in June here in DFW. Will wait and see, still see a few bottles on the shelves at a couple stores, but most places it came and went pretty quickly.

Does anyone have a clue when Love Child #3 will be released? I heard it was supposed to be out last week. I've been waiting forever!

It's been out for a few weeks in Austin, might be a few spots that still have it but probably slim picking by now. Other cities, not sure.

Came and went to the best of my knowledge. I haven't seen it in DFW in about 2 months but I also have barely stepped foot in a beer store in as long.

    Prairie Artisan Ales@prairieales

Hey Texas... We sent you something.

I didn't know Prairie Artisan had their labels before TABC for approval. Who will be distributing for them in Houston? They are sending to H-town first, right?

Their labels were approved a few weeks back. I know favorite brands will distribute for DFW.

looks like Ale and Hop for now. Excited to get to try Hop - wonder how it will compare with El Cedro (minus the cedar punch).
