Sorry if this is already a thread...im going to be in decorah for a random reason thursday-saturday. Im just kind of trying to get a feel for how the place is on weekends and whether or not i will be able to bring any psuedo sue home to my buddys. Considering they just sent out sixty cases to Casanova's in WI, I would imagine they have plenty at the brewery.
That sucks, they send 60 cases of beer to some place in wisconsin and you cannot get the beer on tap anywhere in Iowa City.
Think of it as 60 cases for the Twin Cities. It is their way around our asinine liquor laws here in Minnesota.
You make it sound like this is a bad thing BTW, the thread bitching about more bottles and less kegs was last month.... Cheers!
They posted on Facebook that they have bottles of Sue at their tap room this week. You should be able to easily get some or at least a few growlers filled.
They had a 2 case limit on bottles in the tap room on Monday when I was there. Sue, Dorothy, and Gnug.
Anyone know when we can expect bottles of Sol Hunter or Tsunami Pale, and anything else they may be brewing? Still hoping for another Sue delivery in the IC/CR area soon! It's been a few weeks I think now.

Just got back home from Decorah...TG did not disappoint at all. Just an awesome place with great beer and great people. Brought home plenty of Sue. Thanks to all for the feedback on my post.
I am a little out of the loop, but what is Sol Hunter APA? Any idea what hop varieties are going to be in this APA?
^^^^^ The old XHOPS RED. Reading the label sounds like it will be hopped with Equinox. Not sure if it will be a single hop or not.
