Thank You, Cigar City Brewing

    I'd previously posted my dissatisfaction with CCB's lack of response to an email I had sent them in early February regarding what tasted like an infected batch of Maduro Brown that I bought in NYC. Well, last week their QC person, Justin, wrote back very apologetically and we had a pleasant email exchange. Today, a box of fresh Maduro Brown showed up at my house, along with a sweet CCB keychain bottle opener and I just wanted to publicly thank them for the great customer service. Thanks, Justin and Cigar City!

    One of the reasons I will ALWAYS support CCB; their customer service is top notch.

    Couldn't agree more. I just received a certificate for free beer from CCB due to an infected bottle of Rum Barrel Big Sound. I was fine with the apology I received from Justin.

    A nice brewery for sure - on the fast-track to greatness. I hope that their expansion brings fresh ccb beer to my current home in Texas. All of us who visit Tampa love their beers. Til then, I'm lucky I have the opportunity to visit often.
