I just wanted to say thank you to everybody for all the help. New brewers have so many damn questions yet whenever I post I always get an informative and helpful reply. The general talk forum has become a forum just to post jokes and mock the newbies. Sure the occasional snarky comments are justified and make me laugh but I do enjoy that it's the minority as opposed to the majority in this forum. Cheers.
